How often does kidney function return if you suffered from acute renal failure? - acute renal failure more condition_symptoms

He asked if doctors want to know there ... I was suffering from kidney failure for about a perfect 3 years of E. coli and, fortunately, returned my kidney function (not, but very good), but how often renal function does not return? (Volume immunosuppressive lupus nephritis, and wondered if it happens again, can not so lucky ...)

My wife has returned to normal after two kidney failure because of a severe lupus nephritis. Currently, the renal function is normal. Still remover immunoassay (Myfortic - Cellcept cast time). I'm sure Cytoxan were given to the hospital. This drug seems to be much help in the return of patients with normal renal function. Your kidneys are damaged by nephritis, the inflammation is. If they are detected early and treated early, before irreversible damage inflammation can be reduced. It is therefore important to regularly consult with your nephrologist.
